Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Please contact us at hello@thevintagetrove.co.uk before returning an item.

Return postage

The buyer pays for return postage.

Refunds

A refund is issued once the returned item has been received.

Items damaged in transit

If an item arrives damaged, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Items damaged in transit and reported within 48 hours will be refunded or replaced, including postage.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
